What is the best way to recruit for my home-based business?

The type of recruits we’re looking for are people who can sell anything. Or basically people who can relate to people.

I am a Mary Kay consultant with about 10 recruits. I think the best way to do this is to be honest with your customers, ask them if they are interested in making extra money and letting them know what your company has to offer them. Take the focus off of you,…. it is not about you,….. it is about them. Not everyone will think the way you do, or think of this opportunity the way you will so be accepting of that. Learn to be humble, be gracious, and appreciate your customers and all that your company has to offer you. When people see that it is working for you, than they will want to learn more and join you.

How can I recruit home-based business partners in Japan/Asian?

Our company’s product sales in Japan are exceeding US sales growth. I do not have contacts in Japan, but our products and distribution model fits very well with Japanese culture and consumer buying habits. I would like to participate in this sales growth by partnering with home-based business professionals in Japan, or with a network in Japan.

You can look under Expatriates and you will find quite a few people living and working in Japan from a number of other countries.

It really depends on who you are. Are you outgoing and want to start a home business with parties in other people’s homes or not? Sounds like you are a natural and have the experience needed to do about anything you want. My advice is to look around and pick something you are passionate about and then RUN with it.
